PARTNERS
HELM collaborates with a variety of ministry partners to strengthen its mission of developing faith-based leaders within the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). One key partnership is with Disciples-affiliated colleges, universities, and theological institutions, which provide educational opportunities for students seeking both secular and religious studies. These institutions work alongside HELM to support students through scholarships, leadership training, and vocational discernment. These partnerships ensure that students receive both academic excellence and spiritual formation, preparing them for impactful leadership roles in their communities and churches.
Beyond higher education institutions, HELM also partners with church organizations and ministries to offer leadership development and service opportunities. Collaborations with the general ministries of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) help students engage areas such as social justice initiatives, community service, and faith-based advocacy. Additionally, partnerships with Global Ministries and Week of Compassion provide international experiences through programs like the Global Theological Fellows, allowing students to explore diverse theological perspectives and global ministry work. Through these strategic relationships, HELM expands its reach, equipping emerging leaders with the knowledge, experience, and spiritual depth needed to serve both locally and globally.
