    Laura O'Donnell won't be taking the stereotypical spring break trip to the beach for a week of partying and relaxing. She'll be heading to Nicaragua for a week of teaching, working in a medical clinic, and community service. She's already preparing herself for a new culture and the widespread poverty that will surround her. It's an opportunity she wouldn't miss for the world.
