HELM hits the big time at General Assembly
What was HELM's best moment at the Portland General Assembly?

• The Great Disciples Leadership Quiz when more than 170 people learned Disciples history and about HELM's mission?
• The workshops on campus ministry, legal issues for congregations, crisis communication, the role of young adults in the church, and licensed ministry?
• Our blockbuster presentation to the Assembly -- the now-famous game show "What's Up at HELM?" (Perhaps it was the moment Dennis took off the intentionally awful green coat provided through a deal with DisciplesWorld magazine.)
• Each time somebody won a prize from our treasure chest or learned about a Disciples educational institution?
• Every time we met a new supporter of our ministry or shared the great news about our ministry?
